Tukaram, Poem 1839

Since we possess the secret of a master's power, let this faggot of the body float down the stream with its passions.
Set me free from the drudgery of the world; Dhanavantari is mighty to heal all diseases.
Tuka says, This hovel of my body is about to perish; let me forget the channel of rebirth.
