This Panduranga has assumed every disguise, yet he is still the same Brahma that stands upright on the bank of the Chandrabhaga. He pervades all within and without, but if you search for Him he is not to be found. For Him are designed pious deeds and austerities; whatever gifts are given or fail to be given, it is He who enjoys or misses them; he gazes on all the pastime of the world; Tuka says, He helps his servants.
