Tukaram, Poem 1446

Patiently I am waiting, I cannot endure
a wrangling uproar. My heart is drawn
thither; I ask every new comer the way. I grind
and pound like other people, but my thoughts are
elsewhere. Tuka says, I have grown senseless
here; perchance I shall be so there too.
