Tukaram, Poem 1378

What is wanting in the Lord of knowledge that He should send one to sit before me like a creditor? Is it that He has heard of my writings and therefore made this matter known to me? If that be so, truly my Master knows what His servant speaks. Tuka says, O God, since the trust is placed with me, I must do my best to guard it.
