Tukaram, Poem 885

Let me cry ‘Vitthala, see Vitthala, make Vitthala into my own soul. Through this eager longing my soul has found satisfaction; it returns to the earth no more. He has released me from the knot; he came and embraced me. Tuka says, My body is filled with Vitthala; I have emptied the hour of anger and lust.
