If you treat another man’s wife as your mother, what does it cost you? If you are not fault-finding and covetous, what does it cost you? If you sit still and call on the name of Rama, does it bring any vexation? If you trust in the words of the saints, what does it cost you? Is it any burden to speak the truth—does it cost you anything? Tuka says, The reward of these things is God.
