Tukaram, Poem 650

If you desire nothing, O God, why have you
Assumed any name? Why do You impart to
any one the knowledge of yourself? Is not this
proof of fraud on your part? If a man dances be-
fore you with true joy, then Your true form stands
before him. Tuka says, Love is a thing that should
not be impaired.
