Tukaram, Poem 608

I hope to behold you; I cannot bear to be
heedless of you. My soul has visited your
feet; I am here before you in the flesh. I forget
all; I cannot rise from the spot when I am sitting.
Behold, while life is yet in him, Tuka is cheated out
of his life.
