Tukaram, Poem 605

A deceiver has come to Pandhari, bringing
snares of love with him. Henceforth he
has ruined mankind; he carries people off and
leaves no trace of them. He lifts up his arms and
pierces them with the shaft of his glance. In his
passage from Vaikuntha he has made a halt at
Pandhari; it is Pundalika who has brought this
thief here and made a place for him. Tuka says,
Come you and I, let us seize him!
