Tukaram, Poem 396

All faults are chased away by Your name and
the song of Your praises—this reputation of
yours why have you begun to falsify? Perchance
you shrink from our sin; but that brings anxious
care on us. Tuka says, I am convinced that your
service, O God, will conquer Time and Death.
