Tukaram, Poem 391

You know me to be impatient, and you will
not disappoint me. Why do you put off
the time of my salvation? Bestow it upon me and
stop my complaints. If you know I am not to be
released, why do you set me praying time after
time? Tuka says, O God, O blessed above man,
what thought can you take for me?
